If it's an image with some kind of text that relates to the image then it's an image macro.

...This maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay be the kind of rule we'd be willing to let slide if it involves anything discernable as funny. Or even like, trying to be a joke.

Also if it didn't annoy the crap out of me that the one line everyone incessantly quotes from that show is one that is 1. incredibly annoying and 2. not even anything that any actual character in it ever said.

For future reference, if the focus of the picture was actually the picture and it just happened to have text on it. (like, the text isn't the point of the image)
