Well, seeing as normal soldier-like squads always have a scout, I figure most of our stealth guys could be in any team really. Matt himself could probably be classed as a specialist.
But I'll say now that I don't see Matt as a team leader, he's more the guy who you bring in when certain expertise are needed.

Lee can run a group if the mission involves combat, his grasp of subtle measures isn't that hot.

Dem, you know Lee's power is just a crappy version of what Jeeves does right?
Edit - Though I'm not sure if it's supposed to be psychic or not.

Yeah, but not psychic. He's supposed to be a lot like Kurtz (acts like a fool, but is much better than he appears), but close range.

Well, or instead of assigning grunts to each other team, we could assign specialists and scouts to their subdivisions, which is like, the same thing as doing it the way Toasty suggested, except you get all three types in each group instead of just two.
Which depends on if we want combined arms or specialism. 4/2/2 split per team, or 4/4 with all the specialists or all the black ops in one team. Granted, a few of us qualify for multiple roles (Looking at the non-psykers here really.), so that might be taken into consideration. Fairly flexible as to where I end up, for sans lack of psychic abilities, Tanya is quite flexible aswell.

The luck thing basically makes it so that he can put his neck on the line, do really improbable things, and be succesfull.
The Plan B sounds pretty funny, though

I'd see it more like there are 2 or 3 sub-teams all under the supervision of one or two people, all under the supervision of TB's characters. For example, if we had two missions, one where we need to hunt down a Mr. Hyde type character and one where we needed to stop the activation of Metal Gear, we could have Team Hurt get supplies from Team Special and go hunt down the badass, while Team Sneaky works with Team Special to get the infinite ammo bandanna. But if we start with the bank mission, we'd have Team Sneaky have operatives going through the subway and around the bank, Team Hurt be chillin' in the vault waiting for the bad guys, and Team Special being unique somewhere.
Thus the three teams would be fairly independent, but would have some communication and maybe a person or two between them and NPCs to give some "big picture" leadership.

Whatever we do, Nick won't be leading anything. He wouldn't be adverse to leading a team, it'd just be really stupid to give the overly blood thirsty vampire a team to lead, and I don't think BBW would be that stupid.
