Let's look at the possibilities by story arcs.
Light (and later Misa) vs ICPO + L. Likelyhood: 0%, as Light alone would be a SK, and I doubt there would be a two-person Mafia. Light + L's investigation team vs The Yotsuba Group: ~1%. L and Investigation Team vs Light and Investigation Team: ~20% Light and his pawns vs SPK (with Mello as SK): 20% Some other non-canon 'vs': 60%.
