No no no no no. The fighting game for people who hate fighting games is Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore edition for PS2, the best game in the series.
Man, I dunno. To me Dead or Alive has always been Tekken for Maxim Magazine subscribers.

Ok, well, Tekken... 2? 3? No no! 2, it has Gon in it.

Yeah, that'll work for PS1

No, 2 had Alex, Roger and Devil. 3 had Gon and True Ogre.

I own a Tekken game for the PS1. Didn't like the system enough to care to invest in Tekken 5.

Here's a more specific question: what PS2 game's out there that's not a Dynasty Warriors game, not a fighter or a sports game, and has a great two player co-op mode?

Is...is that a trick question?

I'm thinking the PS2 Baldur's Gates or Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Classic beat-em-ups with tons of options.

Hmm.
One more question:

Is the Wii version of Okami substantially better then the PS2 version? Like, better enough to justify spending an additional $20+? Is the PS2 version, to be blunt, "great enough?"

I like the Wii version, though sometimes it didn't like my circles. I don't know if the PS2 version did that. I love drawing with the wii-mote too much though so when I say get the Wii version I'm biased.
