I am in my second year of German, and will likely be in college German next year, so I suppose I could offer some services to those who may need it, although Meister has me beat XD.

If anyone is interested, I am fluent in Turkish. It's a strange language linguistically compared to Romance languages.

I'm not really an "expert" in any language, but I can *read* korean. Plus I know only a few bits and pieces of japanese, am taking German (year 1, about to go onto year 2) and have had experience with spanish. Oh, and for a good translation site, try systransoft.com. Alright, so sometimes it spits out a riddle rather than a true translation, but it works. :/ But since they implimented(sp?) this registration system, I've been using altavsita, so both are good for transalating. Altavista has more language otions, and systransoft has the most options for language to choose from...

Wierd as it sounds, I'm learning elvish. specifically Quenya (i.e. the useless one, to which I can actually find sights translating it).

Essenya Lycanthrope ar quettelya quenya. Nan i aran. (I won't commit the sin of writing it in leet, although the perverse thought occurs to me)

I have a couple of freinds who want to learn elvish, I figure I'll join in on it, at least once they actually start caring enough to find good translation sites etc. They're using (well, will be using) Quenya too, I believe.

If you're good, you can learn to read Korean in a day. If you're not good, you can learn to read Korean in a day.

It's really, really easy- it has an alphabet. That's not to downplay what you said. I'm just saying that anyone who wants to "impress" people can easily pick up Hangeul and start reading the labels out loud at the Korean Market. Try it. People will think you're a genius. Even Koreans, because they're just happy someone took some time and showed a little interest in their language.

If anyone needs help translating their Gourmanchéa homework, I'll be happy to help. Additionally, I'd be open to translate Australian, Canadian, and on a good day, South Bostonian. I can also read sheet music.

But all serious joking aside, I really can translate Tagalog, Korean, Japanese (not so much Okinawan), and Czech.
