Haha! That was bloody brilliant!
However, where will the story go now? Oh! I know! Optional dungeons ftw!

Brian should just post a thousand episode long staring contest between the Light and White Warriors to placate/mock the people complaining about the comic ending soon.

I disagree with White Mage's interpretation of entropy/order. If I were Chaos, I would have gotten into quite the long philosophical debate about this with the White Light Warriors.
See entropy is roughly speaking a measure of disorder, but in fact it is more like a measure of how 'standard' your state is. Like if you have a gaseous substance in a box, having all that substance in one corner is highly non-generic. Generically, the gas should be equally distributed. But this isn't ordered, because you get the same result (uniform distribution) under lots of different configurations of particles... Of course, one could say this IS ordered in the information-theoretic sense. So the real question is, is Chaos seeking physics-type chaos, or information-type chaos? |

I think that towards the end he was seeking a pastry-type chaos. You know, like a haggis-colada filled doughnut.

True, though I can't imagine something like that making into this comic. =)

The only reason WM gets like this is because she loves BM very very much.
She's like a closet homosexual who hasn't discovered the truth about his purposed lifestyle. WM is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, an evil from beyond the dawn of time. Whatever sadistic urges she has, she supreses, and it seems that only BM knows the right buttons to push. Buttons that tap into the soul that she has hidden, buried deep deep deep under those white robes of hers. Even if BM never beds her, he is slowly disrobing her, metaphorically, and therein will be the true evil foe to plague the world of 8-bit. I only wonder how the paradox of the love of two beings who are designed from raw evil will affect the story.

I dunno, the White Warriors might have been okay with a scenario where Chaos never manifests and also no four maniacs ever cut a path of destruction and terror across the world.

I'm enjoying the plot twist but...the way White Mage is talking to BM is looking really...offputting.
Like, as though they just met for the first time. Which given who we're talking about - and what happened in the tower, too - is a little odd.

White Mage attacks Black Mage. This act of violence is chaotic. Chaos is reborn from the conflict between the two and the 8-Bit Universe becomes a cake singularity.
The End. |
