You can change your clothing. Although, the sea trolls and Kanaya are the only ones among trolls who seem to have a sense of vanity, so I can't imagine many of them doing it.

No one has Kanaya's fabulous sense of style. But Seatrolls do seem to be more excessive about appearance than most.
