Scrolled back to page 79... wonder if it's connected to Black Creek Prison, the mysterious warden who replaced Warden Lutz, and the recent "supernatural outbreak"? My hunch is that a new villain is involved, nothing to do with that rigged cigar-chomping dwarf. The story and the ambience are leavening out nicely! =)

I think you called it. The possessor certainly doesn't talk or act like Burke. Then again the possessee doesn't talk like Erin (i.e. in German) but I'm willing to chalk that up to artistic necessity.

Well, he doesn't have the ring anymore if that counts for anything, so maybe he is insane and is suffering from another effect of the rign if for whatever reason it is him :| ( no longer insane since he isn't wearing it but feels compelled to find it for some reason and is somehow capable of posessing someone? idk)

The way she's talking does seem strangely like Burke's style, just not-crazy. Using metaphors and such.

I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. It's really hard for me not to give hints. It's a good thing it will be revealed on the next page

Black Creek and the Supernatural Outbreak are pretty significant to the story, so I'm glad there was a guess regarding them.
