I don't remember which trailer it was in (or maybe it was some photos - it was promo materials regardless) but there's been images of Christian Bale walking around with a cane. We've also seen repeated images (both in posters and in this trailer) of broken Batman masks, and this trailer has Wayne with a beard, which implies he's not Batman (though that might be a flashback; it looked similar to his Batman Begins beard). This (along with Bane) implies to me that that Wayne gets broken, not Gordon, although it could be both.

Yeah, this trailer really didn't sell Bane for me. Mainly because the new version of his voice isn't menacing, it's just kinda lame. I wish they had stuck with the original voice.

This trailer was pretty underwhelming, but that's hardly sufficient to ruin the movie I haven't seen yet. I'll take BB and TDK as evidence Nolan can deliver.
