Freedom
Free of all your lies, I see the true you, you hide, I see your lack of worth. Once I had respect, Now I have only disgust, Flee little shadow. run from the true you, Hide behind your sycophants, learn the road of pain. I will fly beyond, Find what I want from the world, I have already. You are banished, Never darken my doorstep, You are dust to me.

I am the Darkhorse,
succeeding beyond all expectations. You may see me as weak, but in that lies my strength. People have shot me down, they have spit in my eye, called me a loser, called me a queer. They sacrificed my dreamsto their arrogant gods. Cast my body upon the bonfire of their vanity. But like the mighty Phoenix, I am reborn from the ashes of despair. I fly triumphant over my foes. Do not underestimate me, for you may be the next to fall. Many have doubted me, and I have crushed them all. |

CHEESE
succulent morsels of edible lacticism forever engrained in my memory oh, those feckless cows, and their fermented utter-excretions Why is it so universal, our love for the fermented milk? Is it because our childhood beckons, nostalgia finally made edible? or the is it mankind's natural abillity to take the noxious, and call it "delictable"?

In addition, according to a Blizzard spokesman, the game will no longer focus on interstellar battle but will instead be centered around the idea of nonviolent conflict resolution, with the game's ultimate goal being to bring about interstellar harmony. |

He came to me, seeking solace
And once again I tremble For those magical words Would not come again He talks oh so much He feels like nothing He cannot find himself He is lost in the void I reach out, offering my hand I still do not say anything But I know, oh I know That I can show him what I feel He wonders how I can feel thus He is not worth it, or so he knows He is not special, and lots others Have much better qualities about them I smile softly, and I tell him The many ways that he is special For one person to see them it takes Another person to care for them Now he smiles, burden lifting Not permanently, a brief respite I smile as well, for once I Have found the right words Last edited by BlackMageGirl!; 11-12-2004 at 12:39 AM. |

Okay, this morning I was half asleep due to the wonderful 3 hours that I managed to get in. I have no idea why I couldn't copy notes, but could make poems....just don't ask.
Sleepy Eyes drooping head falling on desk please let me sleep let me rest leaning against the wall Teachers droning a sweet lulluby I slowly slip from Biology to the dreamers relm Boring class is so boring slower than even a snail I mean, if it weren't so boring then would I be writing this poem? My last poem was an ode to my ex girlfriend of two years. I doubt she'll see it but if she does. Happy anniversary bitch.
This one is a little more current. Vainity Get out of my life, Your vainity sickens me, Unable to see. Unpretty peacock, Feathers are a total mess, Squak no more for me, Come down from your height, Screech no more into the night, Leave your illusion. Truth you do not see, All do to your vainity, just leave me alone.

See the strand
The red line Make it yours Take the chance Talk to yourself Its what I do Let all know You’re not all there Jump right in You stupid jerk We’re all waiting To see you die You’re just a waste That’s why I don’t Complete this You’re not worth it this has no target in particular, just a tribute to people who suck, in general. There are quite a few of them out there from what I hear, although it makes it much easier to ignore them when you can't understand what they're saying, but I digress... and since I've digressed, I guess I'll leave it that way... |

Why are you doing this?
Can't you see? You are hurting The people around you You think no one cares Why should you live? And why should you care That you are hurting others? You don't know You won't even see Why, why are you doing this? Why can't you see it? She heard the news The strong one, started crying Told another, asked for help And she found solace in the dark The friend pitied him first Hatred grew inside, all at him He feels the need to hurt him For hurting his friends The lover, his tears did flow For when she did fall His heart went out to her And he tries his best to be there... The other, a girl was crying She told the others, she left Ran until she couldn't anymore Laid down and cried And still, he doesn't see He's hurting, hurting us And the question still remains Why, why, why..? "The way we worry"
A man, alone, on the edge of reality, Confesses to one that he can't go on. She sits there and tries to console him, He gets up and leaves quite suddenly. She watches him go, and starts to worry. She hopes completely that it wasn't her fault. She breaks down and cries, telling another, And through him, the worry goes on. He's shocked, he's stunned, he listens to her. He stops what he's doing, gets down and prays. Finishing the prayer, he still feels helpless, He tells the others, and the worry goes on. One of them stops, gets down to pray, Another runs and runs, then stops, and cries. Another reacts with shock and horror, And still the worry goes on. Another who heard comes to the first boy, He rants how he wants the man away from his friends, How he's hurt them before, best not do it again. Yet despite it, the worry goes on. And now, we sit here, waiting, hoping, Some of us in tears, some of us in anger, Some of us pray, others have fainted, All this is the way that our worry goes on.
