Celes: Very nice It looks just like Chell. The expression is just right- you captured the tension that's experienced in the game very well. Although I haven't played Portal 2, so I don't know if you're referencing a specific scene.

Melfice: Thanks Zombie plant humans aren't something most people are fond of. Especially if they bite you :P

A friend of mine had asked me to draw a character of theirs, and an hour or so later, I ended up with this. Still sort of "working", since there are things about it the character that I got wrong, apparently, which I'll fix eventually out of lack of anything better to do. Did it quickly, so it's not great, but it's at least tolerable.


Edit: It's also done in a weird style, to me. Not for the vectorey-ness of it, but for the weird look to it. I dunno.

I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. AWWWWWWW SHIT Doc, that is TIGHT.

You guys all have to stop being so awesome. For real, I've been lurking a lot lately and the art that has passed through this thread has blown my mind. I have a little something of my own to share, I've been dying to put something up.



I drew this robot awhile ago. As I recall, I was going for an innocent looking kind of 'bot. It stems from a number of thumbnails which are on top of the page, the robot being much less friendly-looking, I suppose.



And this was whipped up last night whilst listening to some Enrique. Go hand poses!

My first attempt at drawing using the tablet.

After creating over several layers of support lines.

It's a summer pic WIP, god knows when I'll get around to finishing it. Point being is that it didn't turn out too bad... so long as you don't ask me what it looks like with all the support line layers turned off. *shivers*



Gonna do all of the super challenges using only the tablet. It'll make things more interesting and give me an excuse to practice with it.
