I don't think this is too spoil-y since this was in some trailers
I'll put it behind this though, just to make sure, since this is arguably the best part of the game.

I manage to make both of my arms sore when I draw too long thanks to sitting awkwardly.

If you're familiar/comfortable using vector editors, Inkscape is a really good open source and free vector editing program, that you might consider using. I love doing vector work, and what I generally do is a rough sketch, then draw over it in vectors, as just lines. Then I add a fill to everything, and make the stroke whatever I want it to be.
I have no idea what a Yzma is.

OH also Yzma is the main villian of The Emperor's New Groove (the most un-disney-like Disney movie ever)

I suppose I should give a link.
http://inkscape.org/ It has a bit of a learning curve, to learn all the hotkeys, but here are ones that I think are relatively important: 1) ctrl+shift+F: Opens up the Fill window, which is really important. For adjusting Stroke/Fill. 2) ctrl+shift+L: Opens up the layer window, not really as important. I generally have a layer for my reference, and a layer for my drawing on top of it, and then just move things up and down on my drawing layer, instead of having more layers than that. A background layer is also sometimes nice, for a solid color background, that you can lock into place, so that you don't edit it. 3) While editing a node/curve: Shift+L makes it into a corner node, which means you can make a sharp angle with it. 4) Don't ever hit ctrl+z while drawing a shape for the first time. Instead of undoing the one node you just made, it gets rid of the entire shape. Just hit delete, instead, and it gets rid of the last node you made. And not really a thing to know so much as it's useful to not really care about/pay attention to the actual page, when you're drawing, and make ample use of the infinite gutter space you have to hold onto minor revisions/versions of the same design and tweak them to see how it works.

Alright Inkshape is going to take me to long to learn and do this thing(can't figure out how to do the Brushing the way I want it)....But what did you think of the CHARACTER DESIGN. Is she too sinister? Do I need to cut down on the Soft lines? Stuff like that

I think it might be a bit too sinister, for a Pony. Mainly, the hard pointed chin and nose make it almost look like a human face caricature put onto a pony body, instead of a pony version of the character, if that makes any sense?
And what troubles are you having in Inkscape? I can maybe help if you want.
