I can tell different types of European people apart. If I'm working against common hair/eye colors I might have to stare dead into your face for a bit but I can usually figure things out, shape of the nose, space of the eyes, all that.

Well, they really should. Anything to dispell the "White is the standard" thing from public consciousness. But then there's also the factor that, due to years of multiple African ethnic groups being forced together in odd conditions, African slaves intermingling with native people's and other groups, And the metric shit-ton of rape babies, your average African-American is best described as someone of african and every other kind of american descent, and is probably very different from someone straight from Nigeria.

That's kinda the point of what I'm saying.

I'm not sure if it's more racist against non-Caucasian people by claiming that he can tell them all apart, and that each zipcode they're in has specific give aways or toward Caucasians because he can't tell the difference between them, when there are many and they are pretty clear if the blood is pure(ish).
