Honestly, to combat all the bitching Brian's received over the ending, I'd love for him to create an epic fan wank epilogue - BM and WM hooking up, an epic fight between BM and Fighter, Chaos coming back, etc.

... and then have him take it all away by saying it was all just the daydream of an autistic orphan that BM may or may not have broken.

For shame, wx4caster and anyone that thinks this on such a lower level. Black Mage has already done this many many...many times already. On such a grander scale of things he already has. That and there's also Red Mage and I heard he needs an order rebuilt too for red mages.

Agreed, basically. I think this is what made me keep thinking "it can't end like this", and I simply never made the conscious connection.

I don't care whether any loose threads are tied up or not. There's no way all of them could be, and they don't matter enough to make the effort.

I want to see Atomic Robo come flying down from the top left corner up there and Nuke the whole 8-bit world.
Then some sad crack about how BM never got to do it.
Considering the discussion at hand, we can use every meaning of the term "do it."

Then there would be links to the other projects Brian is working on, unceremoniously jammed within the last remaining panels.
