No more reinforcements. The enemies you're fighting now are plenty. In fact, I'm a little scared I did too much all at once. Either way, no more enemies. You destroy these and you've put a boot in Burkmont's ass.
I'd put data on Grant, Lucian, Discord, and Crownlegs, but I'm on my last legs of awareness. I'll get it either tomorrow morning or in the afternoon which should help out this battle. With Cerulean already in Zero Mode and dying by the turn, the general strategy on the enemy side is to overwhelm you right from the start, hoping to cause as many deaths in as few turns as possible and maybe even inflict morale problems. Which is why they lead with their Legendaries first. Last edited by Astral Harmony; 06-30-2010 at 07:37 AM. |

I'm okay with it being a beastie from the Netherworld that pokeballs work on. Maybe it slipped in when the Kimonos weren't looking, or when Dinner made the crossing. Quote:
You know, I was originally planning to have Sophie fall for Rayleen. But if Shizuka's joining... Quote:

I say we fire Lexhur's Laser. We could center it on Arceus, and it would hit Crownlegs twice and both Grant and Sandslash. Of course, there's the risk that it'll KO Grant, but he's a Battle Master. I'm pretty sure he can take the hit better than a pokemon can. If you want to use Lexhur's Laser without hitting any trainers (Battle Master or otherwise), you could center it on Snorlax. It would KO Snorlax, damage the Poseidon Tank twice, and hit Palkia (I'm assuming the hit that would be meant for Flygon would simply miss because it's currently far far away). Either way, Lexhur would still have 100 Rage left, but we may want to save that to build him up again.

Also, Odd that Snorlax was the one that got feared since he would have skipped his turn in the first place due to Hyper Beam. Ah well. EDIT: Also, keep in mind for this battle that Arceus is poison typed due to his ability and holding the Toxic Plate. Last edited by Menarker; 06-30-2010 at 08:40 AM. |

They're all out to get you!
Odd? Or... convenient? Anyway, here's the Magatama abilities I want for Pierce: - Toughness. That is to say, increased defences. Because... - The ability to take (or negate) all damage directed at one ally, at a Rage Point cost. - Increased Rage Point generation or decreased Rage Point cost, pick your favorite. - Stat boosts all around the board. And when Pierce is out on the field, a small stat boost to whichever pokemon is out with him. Also, forget about my request to sacrifice an upgrade for a SignTech. That protect ability I just suggested was pretty much the SignTech I wanted. Hmmm... Too much, or too little?

Hey, you're copying my entire protection/support thing I had going! I call shenanigans!
But seriously, don't expect that ability to be unique to you, since I was planning it for quite a while (Although having two members of the party with something like that is a good thing) Also? This might be as a good a time as any to switch Charlotte for Shannon and use the Moon/Shannon Love tech for dark type flinching damage on 4 foes. Last edited by Menarker; 06-30-2010 at 09:07 AM. |

Can you believe that it does not, in fact, have anything to do with you?
It'll make sense after Pierce's sidequest, I promise! Besides, your Scapegoat crap is a move! It won't cost RPs. In fact, by the simple fact that it will cost RPs Pierce's ability should negate the damage.

Mornin', you wacky wafers. Yes, that's right. I totally went there.
Last night while I was trying to go to sleep, I came up with the most ridiculous plot point I've thought up in a while. It feels like introducing it to the RP could be either full of win or an epic fail. I think I'll do it, regardless of the risks. Still, it probably won't occur until very, very late in the game, although I think one of you will find out about it much sooner. Much, much sooner. I don't have much time this morning. Certainly not enough to do profiles on the bosses of this battle, but enough to say that I accept Dracorian's request and will get to work on both his and Geminex's demonic powers probably tonight. I've got the 8th volume of Family Guy, the 7th volume of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and the Drawn Together movie. This doesn't happen often, but I think tonight's going to be one of those rare nights that I watch American cartoons for a change and not Japanese anime. |

Wait wait hold on a moment. What the fuck could that Sunflora do to down Sol-leks? As far as I recall, Sol-leks had not yet been hit. Sunflora only had grass type attack moves. Sol-leks resist grass type attacks, and Sunflora's stats are mostly shit.
What be up with that AB? |
