Nah, just Phantomere. He's afforded these kinds of bizarre benefits because his undead nature kinda helps him out. So, he can rebirth himself from his own blood, though depending on the amount of blood (ectoplasm?) that remains, Phantomere has always (well, this is only the second time) come back as a severely weakened version of himself.

And it will take a very long time before Phantomere regains his original level of power back, so Charlotte could change Phantomere over the course of the RP and even the sequel. Which, I think could actually change how the Infinity Crush executes and what it does.

It should be expected considering what Phantomere is feeding on, but Charlotte's Infinity Crush will execute more likely when Charlotte's confronting a hated enemy. So foes like Moera should beware.

Anyway, I'm only asking because I'm trying to guess why the Rogue Generals are only acting up now, after sixteen hundred years.

I mean, that Gaea's Tri-Scar weakened all the Ruin Generals enough that they've only now returned to their original power is a rather lame explanation, isn't it?

The reason they're all showing up now? That's very simple. It's pretty much the reason that all RPGs do it. Because this is the point of the story where our protagonists first begin their adventure.

Think about it. It always seems to be when the protagonist is beginning his first adventure that shit always goes to hell. You get all this prophecy shit and "he's the only one who can save the world" nonsense.

Just keeping up with the classic concepts.
