I'm on the verge of admitting defeat. 1) because in the last 24 hours I have not come close to my high score and 2) There is no way in hell I will ever reach stage 18. Although, I could always go into the options menu and change the timer to 999 seconds. But, then I'd feel dirty.

Can anyone tell me what the stats actually mean? Like Generator, Search, and all that? Front and Rear I get, but the others...

Last I checked, I was up to 170-something. That seems to be about my max for now. I must hone my skills further, and I will do so by training at 400x Earth's gravity!!!

Edit: With weighted clothing!

Edit 2: And a PC that shoots lasers at me.

Edit 3: It seems to have paid off. New high:

Not quite as high as C though.

Highest Score: 8717800
Furthest Stage: 14
Least Deaths: 7

i think search is the things ability to move around towards you
and defense is additional pieces to destroy.

I'm fairly sure Generator increases its capacity to carry weapons, but I'm not positive. Defense also increase the length of time it can hold shields, as far as I can tell.

Wow, this game is really fun.
I put the timer on 999 (I know. Shut up. It was an experiment) just to see what kind of monstrosity would be thrown at me at the end. Here's a photo of it.

This thing takes up so much room that when it fires everything at once, there is nowhere that the space ship can physically hide.

You can have that by stage ten. Just keep pummeling the front, and maybe in stage eight and nine circle around behind it. They get pretty damn big after awhile.
