What is the name of the one where King Steve boldly declares that he "invented eating", which "singlehandedly solved starvation"? I believe that one also had the political campaign sign that proclaims, "Don't blame me, I voted for King Steve".

That's a strip from the now-gone (sadly), Spells and Whistles. Not 8-Bit Theater.

Something like that. I dunno what he said exactly, or even what general number range the comic's in.

I'm almost positive it exists, I just can't find it.
