Like I said, it's a bit of a mess. But if it helps, it all goes left to right, top to bottom, with the translucent bubbles being background. If you could tell me which panels need work, I'll try to fix it.

Hehehehe. I love how everybody assumes I'm short because my sprite is smaller than everyone elses'. XD
Actually I'm about 5'9". Anyway, nice job Bluestarultor! The day was saved before I could reveal my secret identity as the Pink Destroyer, thus avoiding bringing about the apocalypse. (But who is that other sprite? The one who talks with me at the end? I'm a bit confused.)

Ah, well, I needed someone to complete the joke, so I kinda just used a character from the non-NPF comic I'm hoping to do. The character's name is Marie. The character I use for me is named Jay. Phantom7 is played by the sprite known as Todd. Hence, some of the disparity. They live in a world similar to ours, but not quite the same.
Actually, I've been trying to get the real Marie on here, but haven't had much success. She tends to drive back to Green Bay every weekend and the rest of her time is generally spent on coursework and probably various things other than comics and forums.

Oh, I get it now! It's blue bringing his comic's freak brigade to meet our freak brigade! Heh, I've been kinda tabbing between the comic and discussion, trying to figure it out. It's a lot funnier, now that I get it.
Though, in the last panel, there's some serious weirdness with Mauve's legs. Usually, on 8-bit Final Fantasy style sprites, you can only see one foot. As it is... it's kinda like she grew a third foot out of the bottom of her original feet. Otherwise, it's a pretty good 8-bit Mauve sprite. Beats any previous attempts. Oh, and who's the Red Mage guy? Khael?

And lo and behold, I have created another episode in the Adventures of Big Mac.
Introducing Melfice...the Ninja. /edit I should commend Blues on his comic. Made me laugh. Last edited by Daimo Mac, The Blue Light of Hope; 10-29-2007 at 06:41 PM. |

I probably should also do a mask in her hand or something, too, but I spent enough hours just doing what I have. Edit: And yes, that's Khael.

Big Mac: I approve of the direction your comic is developing. Keep up the good work of including me.

Nice work on the jewel-toning on the liquid zombie. It's a shame it didn't transfer well. MS Paint? If you're looking for a good resizing tool, download Paint.NET. It's free, allows many different resizing options, and the layer feature can be a great help when it comes to placing objects. Plus, it has everything Paint has except an airbrush tool, which I'm kinda disappointed by. It does, however, have other effects on the menu bar that make up for it. The cloud function with transparency allows for some nice effects.
Other than that, there's always redoing it manually, but that might take more time and effort than you're willing to spend. By the way, quickie comic up at 10:30 last night.
