9. Salma Hayeck-Not much to say...Except one of the hottest theives since like...ever.
8. Carmen Sandiego- Just a little bit hotter...and more mysterious...and has a nice hat
7. Bonnie and Clyde- Yeah I'm counting them as a pair...because you have to...slick as hell these two...also awesome
6. Sly Cooper- kinda cheated...raccoons are nature's bandits with a built in mask...I guess he used his hook to swing up to #6...also I liked the first game
