I didn't vote for Bass because I don't use his American name, I'm used to his original name, Forte. It sounds better. He's definetly my F vote.
As for C... I'm trying to think of a character I like that isn't Cloud or Crono...

Celes is awesome. She went against everyone she trusted and knew for what she believes in, even if it cost her life (which it was going to, except Locke saved her) and she's not your "I"m pathetic" heroine. "I'm a general, not a love-starved twit!" "I'm a general, not some opera floozy!" *little spoiler, as if it matters* And that part where she stabs Kefka rocks. She was probably a cool villain when she was a general for the empire too.

To be different I say Count Dracula from any one of his games. Yes count isn't his name it's a title but I don't think he has a last name so there. lol
