The Thunder Dragoon

Is the latest thread officially closed, or something? I went to post, but it was all like, "Can't post, foo'!"
Anybody?

what ending? logically, if the calvinball was destroyed, it was immediately reformed on a different node of the probability matrix, thus, it is Elsewhere.
Fortunately, I have hunted it down, see calvinball xxv [EDIT] Ok, I can tell that everyone else is reluctant to show off their newbieness, so I'm just gonna say that the calvinball I'm hunting is just a fragment of the real calvinball, and that we need all the pieces put back together to form a full calvinball. So, pretty much everyone in the first ten or so replies can say that they have a fragment too, and say where it was as far as literary materials go, ie what book or movie or game you are in when you get the fragment. Everyone will then have to hunt down the other calvinballers to take their fragments and once they have them all, they can put em back together and start a new calvinball game; whoever gets it back together wins. Also, the entrance rules for the standard methods of entering the disc, just in case someone wants to try getting to this one first. 1)wandering into the nearest library and using L-Space (knowledge=power=energy=matter=mass and mass distorts space) 2)the traveling shops 3)being summoned by hapless fools 4)breaking in through the dungeon dimensions 5)landing on it while hurtling through space if you want to try another way, fine, but these make the most sense to the setting of the discworld, also, demons, dragons, weird creatures, etc. are most likely to either be summoned by a hapless fool, or break in through the dungeon dimensions. Someone might steal DEATH's horse, but then they're gonna have someone who TALKS LIKE THIS and has a scythe that can cut up anything coming after them i just changed this cuz i noticed no one was taking to my idea. [/EDIT]

This is Calvinball, logic has no place here!
Seriously though, another thing we could do is start a second thread to finish off the old thread. I'm a fiend for closure you see.

its calvinball style logic, it goes sideways sometimes, also, i edited my last post by adding on a large chunk at the same time you posted your statement

Hmm, seeing how we're seguing into established worlds a lot lately, I did have an idea for a Calvinball game that could be very fun. Allow me to sum it up in one word: Metroid. Just think about some of the implications.

ooh, sounds fun, ok, next person to get it, since you should be dimension hopping with it anyway, just bring it there.

Actually...I think we need to stray from the "established worlds" for a little while and do something horribly and completely random.
I have an idea for such a thing if y'all will let me do it the next game.

I'm all for it, Toastburner. It would be nice to have a nice random game for a change. Well, more random than at current, in any case.
