No more discussing about how you feel things turned out, no more questioning of opinions.
I'm just going to wait and see who else joins us in victory. There is little more than that to be done until night comes. |

There's no point saying anything at this point. I think I'm screwed. Let's get this over with.

I find myself dismayed by this behaviour. I do everything in my power to ensure townie victory and I find myself betrayed. I found the names of every single threat to the town. Before this, the cult or mafia still had a good shot of victory even after a lynching of the cult leader because their identities would not have been known. And now with a clear road to victory, the town may lose because of our own side.
Make no mistake, any cult victory will ony be because the town surrendered. It will be because of people afraid to be martyrs for their team. I did this doublecross with full knowledge it would almost certainly lead to my own death, but judged the price worth it to allow town victory. I could have simply gone along with the cult's plans and directly facilitated the cult victory but I chose to remain loyal. Twiddy, Garud, Roy, are you really willing to betray the town out of a fear of death and the suppoed novelty of a cult win? The townies win regardless of whether they are alive or dead. Cowardice and false pride in the supposed status of surviving to the end are all I see. The only status in surviving to the end is that you have had a direct hand in shaping the outcome. At this stage, the outcomes are all known and so by surviving to this point, you have already achieved this. My loyalty has never wavered, even though I knew the outcomes doing so would cause. I knew I was doing it to let the town win. By doing it I win. Death doesn't matter. Stay true to your side. This is the last post I'll be able to put up for the next day or so and so I doubt I'll be able to add anything before the lynching. I must add one last thing though. It disgusts me that people should choose to turn against the one who has cleared the path to victory.

Honor, or victory? 2 tough choices. Surrender your life, and retain honor, or disgrace yourself and honor and continue living?
If I choose to side with the cult, the cult potentially wins. If I side with the town, the town can begin removing the threats. This game will be legendary, I can assure that. This wil be the first cult win, or "the town who lived" [/Harry Potter references]. And so I, too, the deciding vote, will be legendary. So, which group has jackets and cookies? Or, the better question, do I retain loyalty, or finish sealing the cult. Going back to Arhra, I am reminded of this statement from the movie Dogma: Quote:
Vote:Mesden in one of the most fantastic plays evar. and Roleclaim: Awesome. Roleclaim: Legend. That is all.

Demonlink, you weren't the deciding vote, I don't think. With me and Twiddy, that's Eight Mafult votes against six townies....
