Try again, Mr. Tyris. I was using that as an example of the argument you used. You told me that POS was both cruel and kind, and I was using the above as a comparison, proving that I had nearly no way to respond. How could I, when you told me he was both perfect and terrible for the role of moderator? Quote:
My inept witnesses have nothing to do with this. Quote:
Mr. Tyris, if you had evidence proving Mr. Industries' reliability why didn't you present that in the beginning? We have been spending time in this court trying to prove this since the beginning.

While I really don't see the advantage of presenting times when he would enter a discussion and calmly present his thoughts, I appreciate the presentation of his previous experience running games. Your opinion on this matter is clear enough. Your Honor, I am through with this witness.

Very well, call your final witness to the stand. He better be more honest than your previous one or you're in dire trouble, my dear Edgeworth.

(Trust me, Your Honor, I already am in dire trouble.) Yes, Your Honor. She most definitely is. The council calls Mesden to the stand.

Hi everyone!
So anyhow... I'm here to give information and insight that probably only I know about the witness for reasons that will be apparent later on. But I must first address the court on the utmost matter: Can POS meet the performance needed of a moderator? While former witnesses have been very heavy to point out Mr. Industries' past RP Threads, it seems no one in the court has gone into any detail on them -- which I, as participant and accomplice of the primary series -- The Fifth Avatar RP -- know plenty of. So where to begin... We can start at the beginning, wherein he was very reactive, so much so as to respond with a confirmation no more than a day after the vast majority of sign ups. This is a consistent trend of his as the previous citations of witnesses can verify -- almost every time he starts something he's interested in, he participates greatly for the first few months. But that's just it, it's only the first few months. As soon as the newborn magic fades away into responsibility, he, too fades away. He would often talk to me about how the threads grate on his nerves, how he's tired with players doing things they shouldn't, how he just doesn't feel up to it anymore because it's similar to work. If the court wants proof of it, they only need to look at his later threads in detail instead of in bulk for his leadership. Such as this whole page. If this is not enough to satisfy the court, what about other late sequences, such as this set: 1, 2, and 3. Maybe two incidents seem like just happenstance -- unfortunate occurrences, but it's not. As you can tell by the intermittent dates at the end of the RP -- We'll start here, then skip ahead to the next one eight days later, then six days after that, then finally just ending the thing 13 days later, in which was essentially his personal exhaustion with the project, not just a 'break' for everyone else, as can be seen by his previous acts of apathy towards his responsibilities. Your honor, this is clear proof that I was in direct witness to and that few others could remember so clearly, and I believe it is almost indisputable about his ability, or lack there of, to fulfill his responsibilities as time goes on. For running RPs, this may not be a big problem, but for what is essentially a long-term responsibility such as modship, it seems unfathomable that, given his past performances of managing much less people, he could accomplish this successfully. But this isn't all, your honor. There is much more than just responsibility and record to account for. There is what the other mods think. While I am not a moderator, it has been said previously that no one who actively wants to be a moderator actually deserves the position. POS himself cited the threads earlier and I would like to point out the more obvious posts that weren't just spam. In the first thread, we have him here and here. These, in and of themselves, may only seem as nonchalant humor posts. That in itself would be fine until you reach the second thread, which up until post 75 was a joke thread of sorts. It then turned into a back and forth 'silly' argument between two people who had 'jokingly' already called themselves as great mod choices. I'm unsure how many times you can joke about something before it becomes painfully obvious you're serious. And there is one final thing, your honor. Something that most certainly only I could bring to this court. The inhonesty, unfairness, and depravity of POS Industries.

Hmph, I would like to bring to the court an obvious depiction of POS Industry's blatant favoritism here. While this may have been a game, this was a game about things others don't know, and in its time was a great way for people to learn more about each other -- but not for POS. POS himself, just from that post, pointed out that he has already thought through who his favorite people on NPF are -- a quality that is most definitely not becoming of an authority figure, but this is not the worst of it. For, in the end, he lied. Now you may be asking yourselves on how I can prove that Totsumanu is not, in fact, the favorite person. While I may not be able to show records of chats as hard proof, I have more than just that -- a thousand words more, if you'll pardon the cliche. After POS posted his 'list' of favorite people, I talked to him, distraught because, yes, he had assured me before that I am his favorite person. I had never expected what would come next, but I have here indisputable proof of POS' confidential attempts to seduce me into silence and security about his quick lie. I ask children and those faint of heart to avert their eyes. Here is POS Industry's unquestionable attempt of seduction towards me, in a picture undocumented by any others. Your honor, if character has anything to do with modship, then I believe this says everything there will ever need to be said. Chatlogs are not hard proof, I'm aware, but before this trial he attempted to talk to me again and part of that conversation is found here -- the second part is general chit chat about the current time, but he knew what I was talking about: Mesden: Also I'm going to try to say you attempted to seduce me POS Industries: You mean I haven't succeeded? Laaaaaame. Despite this, POS and I are friends, but I can not let friendship come at the cost of fairness to current and future moderators, and at the expense of justice. Your honor, my statement is finished.
