Ok, I did some drastic things here. Firstly, I eliminated "house" totally. If Renny's parents will be fighting anyway, there's really no reason to guard it. The worst thing that'll happen is that it gets trashed and would that matter? I didn't think so. Besides, I doubt that their Designated Vandals would just attack the house while their bosses are getting killed.

Secondly, I put all Kimonos onto the Ruin side. You said you didn't want Kiyomi, and I'm not letting you have Shizuka or Mika, due to the attacks they're capable of (and besides, this'll give us some killer Signature Sequences). I gave you all the EEE members instead, pulled them from the house. I didn't know that Metagross had 135 attack, or I would have put Rachel on the Ruin side to begin with. Whitney's allright; I'd prefer Matt, but she'll do.

Anyway, what do you think?

Edit: What the fuck, we've already started fighting? Fuck that, no. First we arrange teams, then we fucking start fighting.
Edit2: No, seriously, I know this is Renny's sidequest and all, but if you think I'm letting Renny's side waste Shizuka on pokebrids then fuck you with the siege boomerang. What the fuck? I was under the assumption that we'd agree on something before starting our grand battle, instead of going over people's heads and taking advantage of the fact that they are watery bags of protein which require sleep.

EDIT: I'm getting the impression that what's going to happen is similar to the last mission.

Group 1 will beat the pokebrid's pokemons
Group 2 will beat the ruin pokemon

The two might end up meeting up at some point when the entire thing goes to shit with the leading pokebrids and the ruin general together. I dunno. ^^;

BUT, I'm supporting Geminex anyway because we've been arguing about this long enough, the battle's already started, and we get all the Kimonos on our side.

Screw that. AB agreed with my plan and Shizuka already promised to watch over Renny's parents in character. The battle only just started and I had only came home a short time ago.

And yeah, in character, leaving the house unprotected doesn't really make sense. (And you get Mika)

Besides, Renny is the leader. So in character, he's dictating who goes where for the most part.

And Gem's reasoning for leaving the house unprotected makes some sense. There's nothing valuable and no one's there, so the enemies would, at most, start a fire and then go outside to support their buddies.

Our characters could send their water pokemon (Renny's Swampert, Pierce's Kingdra, Moon's pokemon) to douse the flames before they spread too much. I can't see AB would complain, since we'd be handicapping ourselves by sending pokemon away.

Your argument before was that everything would be "fine" if Impact was traded for Shizuka.

Now, you think your situation is such that you gotta keep Impact AND get all the Kimonos?

I'm calling that you just want that selfish motive you had earlier. Team 1 offense is already lower than team 2. Not to mention that Team 2 is practically tailored for their fight with tons of dragon and steel moves/pokemons. Team 1 has no such option because variety means that we can't have a one fit all option and it's all uncertain or random, while team 2 is sure that the weaknesses will be the same. A certain amount of brute force and defence is needed for group 1.

Shizuka stays.

I'm supporting Gem now despite of what I wanted earlier because his suggestion is acceptable to me and I'm not going to split this into a three-way debate. We need a united front here.

Which you get if we go with Gem's idea because you have a lot more characters, therefore more moves per turn, therefore more offense and defense.
