Actually, upper-class twittery has a lot to do with grammar. In the 18th century, 'intellectuals' decided to make up a bunch of rules so they could sound better than everyone else. These are rules like no double negatives, and not ending sentences in prepositions (both of which are grammatically fine, though are now considered inelegant).
Also, I find it incredibly different to both use no punctuation, while still filling my sentences full of commas and ellipses. Because of the contradiction, I can logically do whatever I want, so I choose to write like this. Nnew rool tho: yu kant spel anyting corectly nemore. Iff te wurd iis innn te dickshunairy, itts nott ullowed.
