Hail and well met! As this is the introduction section, pardon my forwardness, but allow me to introduce myself. I am Lauryious, elven cleric and knight-in-training. *salutes*
I encountered the excellent web comic 8-bit theater quite some time ago, but was not aware of these forums until recently. I have already met a few of you on the chatrooms, and my heart is gladdened by the presence of members who also enjoy a good time. LARPing as a shugenja is definitely a sport. When big scary guy with bigger scarier sword comes your way you've gotta run like mad. I speak from experiance LARPing as a wizard. I can't actually vouch for any of the nuances of shugenjaism, but what I do know is that I ended up running a lot.
