I was going to guess Cowboy Bebop, but I guess I'll go for good old Fullmetal Alchemist.
I know it says YOUR favorite anime, but I know a total of, like, 5 different anime, so it doesn't leave much for me to guess

Any work by Hayao Miyazaki. (Castle in the Sky, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa of the Valley of <the> Wind, Spirited Away, Lupin the 3rd {Well, a few episodes, anyway}, Kiki's Delivery Service... the list goes on.)

Well:

8999. Dragon Ball(Z)(GT) – It was my first Anime, and if this was before I had watched any others and found out there was more to anime, it would have been my favorite. But after several years of being ‘poisoned’ by the others, it now rates low, quite low in fact.

8996. Dragon Pink, Magical Twilight, etc – You know, I watched a Magical Girl H Title once and it saved my life! Why? Because when I went to hang myself afterwards I couldn’t touch the rope because it reminded me of “OH MY GOD THE TENTICLES!!”

8008. Cleavage – Imagine there are those who would enjoy things like that, but it’s entirely too much of that for my tastes.

666. Immoral Sisters – Sorry, coercion and disgusting principle guy killed that for me.

512. Pokemon – I saw that, no, not the anime, your post. I tend to avoid the Pokemons, what little I have seen did not impress me.

256. Pokemon and Digimon – Yes, I guess I did pluralize it, so you are correct there. But the inverse correctness of your choices has rated you much lower. (Yes, I have seen a few seasons of Digimon. Watched it because it was the only thing on… (Back when I only had television and dial-up))

14. El Hazard – Haven’t even heard of it. Guess I’ll have to look into it.

13. Any work by Hayao Miyazaki – I’ve heard good things. I haven’t seen any of his though, as none of the write ups or reviews from my aunt (who’s huge into anime) interested me.

12. Gundam Wing – Perhaps I should be fired, because I haven’t watched that yet.

11. Trigun – Another I have not managed to finish. It’s another show that did not hook me.

10. Cowboy Bebop – Didn’t hook me. Watched an episode or 2, but nothing caught my interest.

9. Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and Trigun – See previous for 2 of those, I’ve seen some of Samurai Champloo, and I mean to see the rest of it some day. But another that did not make my favorites.

8. Tokyo Mew Mew – Places much higher then most because of the whole Cat Girl thing, but I have not seen it. (Who doesn’t like Cat Girls?)

7. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya – Haven’t seen, but after looking it up, it looks more like something I’d like. (Yes, warmer)

6. Death Note – On the list for “Must Watch”, but because of that, not a favorite yet.

5. Hellsing – Not bad at all. It was thoroughly entertaining.

4. Grenadier – It was awesomely hilarious, hilariously awesome. Rates High, but not favorite level.

3. Berserk – Ah, an old looking one I actually liked! Loved the story and the characters. One that actually made my list, but low on it.

2. Full Metal Alchemist – Liked it. It made my list of favorites.

1. Gunslinger Girls (sic) – I should DQ you, there is no “Gunslinger Girls” Anime. (It’s Gunslinger Girl dammit, and it’s definitely my favorite of those listed.) I’m surprised you guessed that one instead of the other one you hated. Granted, that other one wouldn’t have placed high at all...

…I was hoping for more random guesses. Few were even close to the ones that are really my favorites. Demetrius shouldn’t win, but he did (There are many others that would have scored higher.).

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll just be over here in the corner, rewatching School Rumble, Ouran High School Host Club, Golden Boy, and Air (TV) (Which could have quite possibly been a tough Top 4), and concentrating on not gaining your ire…
