I think it has to do with the fact that he's a closet nerd.

If they do that, it will probably be a brick joke because right now it would be too obvious. Though even as one of those it would be abit too predictable. I'm betting he gets pulled over, thinking its a real cop and, nope he did it again

Actually that seems pretty reasonable. Especially with Dark Smoke Puncher trying to convince his brother to lay off King Radical.
