Well it's not spinning around and around, it's going from the "1 o'clock" position to the "9 o'clock" position and then the gif resets. So Hussie still has 3/4 of a nano second to fuck with the story.

I knew that this "yard" of influence was going to be used later. Whether it's for a fake-out or actually messing up the story is still unclear.

Well, Hussie has stated he is against actually effecting the story with his character. But he did beat Doc Scratch to death and didn't count that as inference, so who knows.
