You can test it with HD trailer downloads right now, and I went from my usual 1.5-2mb/sec, to a fantastic 3.3mb/sec on Avg. I actually saw it break 4mb/sec once.

I tested it downloading Half-Life Episode One, and while it did not beat any of my maximum speeds, it was faster than average for sure.

It is not implemented in game downloads yet apparently, it works with HD trailer downloads ONLY right now.

I downloaded the thing while it was still speeding up, hit 100% at 6.6MB/s. Record is 9.2, I think, but still! I haven't seen it that high in a little while.

Apparently the game Altitude is free until sometime in the middle of Sunday, and since it's only a 400 megabyte download it would make a nice thing to try out for our game nights tomorrow and saturday.
