Warhammer 40,000 Background Question

Hi, I've been working on a short story set in the Warhammer 40,000 Universe but I've run into a bit of a hurdle. The story involves Tau to a degree, but if I'm being honest I don't really know anything about them. Well, all I need to know is, what is the usual name given to one of their infantry squad leaders? Like the Orks have nobz and the Space Marines have veteran sergeants.... what's the Tau equivelant? Thanks.
