Long story short a Five Foot Nine man dresses himself up as a Japanese schoolgirl and robs a lady... so many things wrong with this :gonk:

They are even saying he might have pulled this off multiple times without being caught

My favorite villains ever were in Mark Millar's Wanted, where there was a group of bank robbers who'd rob banks in their fedoras, their black knee socks, their spats, and nothin' fucking else, just letting their ten-inch johnsons sway in the breeze.

See they kept getting away, cause nobody they robbed could look 'em in the eye! And shit, would you want to be the cop who cuffs 'em? (Hush up Krylo, we already know your answer.)
