Beware! Highly experimental Mafia ahead!
Now I've tested this format with my friends but they mafia very different than from here so this may fail horribly! You have been warned.

How this is going to work:
Everyone will have a private role and a public role. Private roles are pretty much like normal in Mafia. In addition, everyone will have a public role known to everyone, which may have powers which will also be known to everyone.
Private roles define win condition however.

List of Public Roles with powers

Mayor: Has the ability to call a curfew during the day which will take place during the night through the command Call Curfew. He can uncall it, with Cancel Curfew. The last command given when the vote reaches deadline counts. Curfew cannot be called on successive night (curfew is bad for business!). Curfew shall be explained below.
In addition if the mayor dies, he can be replaced by a general vote. During the day, when there is no mayor, people can vote mayor, much as someone would vote a lynch target with the command MayorVote: XX. When deadline is reached, if, and only if, a player has the majority votes of all remaining players then they become mayor.

Innkeeper: See curfew

Priest: The priest cannot be inducted into the cult. Each night the priest may choose a target. All attempts to cult that target that night fail.

Town Elder: Gets 2 votes during the day, both for lynch and mayor.

Blacksmith and Blacksmith's wife: Any effects that target one of these two at night target both.

Sheriff: Acts as a BG, that protects from both cult and mafia but in the morning the town gets the target of sheriff's protection revealed to them.

Deputy Sheriff: Acts as Sheriff when the sheriff dies.

Post Officer: Can send and recieve private messages to everyone. Is always counted as taking an action at night ( I know ALL about this!)

Also there are two public mason groups:
The Merchants

and
The Childhood Friends

Curfew:
Curfew is a special condition that can be called by the mayor. The streets are deserted and chance glimpsings of other people are much more significant.
While curfew is on, every body who takes an action at night has a 25% chance of seeing each other person out at night. The Mafia and the Cult will each send one person out to do thier action. If a person takes action from both a public and a private role at night they can only be seen once.
In addition the innkeeper gets a list of everyone active during each curfew night.
There will also be multiple roles that affect curfew
