Regarding the other title, he simply said, "It's not totally new, but there's one more more unannounced title. Please look forward to the announcement."

Based off Nomura's choice of words in his comments, it seems that followers may be able to come up with some guesses about these two particular titles.

While the second game could be anything, I think the first one is a Dissidia II or Kingdom Hearts III. I'm personally hoping for the first one.FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE CONFIRMED

I am kinda surprised at just how much the man works. This means we was overseeing stuff on Birth by Sleep, The 3rd Birthday, VersusXIII, 358/2 Days, and these two titles at the same time.

Yes, but I'm pretending I don't, because I know FFVII is probably the only FF title that'll get a PS3-make.

EDIT: And might I add, if it was a FF7 remake...it would be all over the internets, right?

It's the only one that would really benefit from one.

The NES and SNES games were all sprited beautifully and don't need to be altered. FFVIII, for all its shittiness everywhere else, was visually stunning, FFIX was beautiful, FFX was beautiful, and FFXII had great graphics.

FFVII, however, looks like this:


Their arms look like dumbbells. Literally, dumbbells.

I'd fully welcome a graphical upgrade that would make it look not ugly.
