Astral Harmony will become famous soon enough. Eventually. Maybe.
Default Pokemon Umbral Discussion 22: The PCs Have the GM On Lockdown

Dawww, ain't they kawaii?

I suddenly feel encouraged to have a mission like "The president has been kidnapped by ninjas! Are you a bad enough dude to go rescue the president?"

Dracorian: The DSS allocation is very simple. One slot for the Shock Trooper, one for the Sniper, one for the Engineer, and one for the Destroyer when one is available. And then there are five for the Enforcers of which each of you claim one.

As for that technique, increase it to 100 RPs and reduce it to three enemies. That is all.

I'll deal with the Water Evolith.

Engineer creations will usually stand next to the Slayer or Pokebrids who have a spare slot from having no Pokemon.

Menarker: It'll be there. Chill. I told y'all it wasn't complete.

Yes, and I'm going to shape up the document to reflect this. But it'll put it out right here:

Because battles are so large, an attack that would normally affect All will now only affect three and attacks that affect two will affect two adjacent targets.

No, you cannot substitute the Destroyer slot. If the Destroyer isn't present, then nobody's using that slot. It won't even be available to select from.

No, Aster has no special effects due to his extra sense. And no, no multiple Evoliths. I'd kind of like to think you guys would be able to know this stuff already. Too much makes battles far too large to manage.

It'll all be added. I did say to chill, right?

Freeze will deal damage. I dunno why it doesn't in the game world, but it will in the more realistic world.

Dracorian: Regeneration would just break the game. There's more than enough game breaking things as there is. And yes, it will still affect all allies.

Menarker: Fine, splash it is.

Bard: I approve.

Dracorian: Heh, I'd love that. Liz flashes her titties and then Officer Jenny drags her off the battlefield for perverting an RP based on a children's TV show.

Hmmm...y'know, I kinda hope that little kids don't stumble across my RP by searching Pokemon on Google. I don't want a lot of angry e-mails from stupid parents.

But yes, reduce the flinching to 50% if you're going to make it five targets, or reduce the targets to three and then you can keep it at 100%.

In the case of Engineer devices that alter statistics, all allies or all enemies does indeed mean all allies or all enemies. Just know that eventually enemies will wise up and take down those devices. Yes, they are targetable.

Geminex: Change that to recieve the stat increase only for the first turn. You can keep the three turn effect. And no, I wouldn't give you the full thing if you did increase it to 100 RP.

As for the Slayer weapons, sure, I'll give 'em those secondary skills. In fact, I'll have a look at the weapons and armor and make certain they're updated.

-----

Is that everything so far? Keep thinking and I'll keep answering. I may not post in the RP again tonight as I'm going to be rewording shit to make it more accurate and ironing out the kinks.

I'll post an updated document in this discussion thread.

But Wilhelmina gets +5 to all stats and two attacks! Admittedly, only for three turns, but still, that's no weaker than what I'm suggesting!
Ok, how about:

90 RPs, does nothing the round you use it, +1 to all stats every turn after that for 5 turns.

And the slayer weapons already have secondary abilities, I was just confirming whether said abilities have 50% accuracy as well.

Can I change Renny/Lola Sync Tech so that the cost is 10 for each target? Because as it is, Renny/Lola have to pay 50 Rage for something that Chizuru gets to do for free (and I believe I invented the move if I'm not mistaken). And some of the proposed moves by the others target more than 3 targets. (like Drac's 5 targets).

Revised move:
Lola Team-Tech: Prosperous Gifts
Cost: 10 rage point for each target. If Renny and Lola is both on the field, they can split the cost equally.
Description: Renny and Lola well-wishes for their allies comes in the form of gifts. Even a single item can sustain the well-being of several friends!
Effect: This counts as an item use action. Choose a single item. For each payment, apply the effect of that item to an additional target. Thus one Full Restore with a payment of 30 Rage Points will cure 3 people. 60 Rage Points means 6 allies get the effect of that item. Since it requires said targets to be on the field, pokemons that are recalled don't get the effect. Effect may be drastically reduced for revival items.

Anyhow, off to bed. Good night.

I'll give that to you, Geminex, and you can keep your +2 on the first round for the good arguement. I appreciate that.

Actually, check this, Menarker. I'll give you that, but you lose the ability to use items on the enemy that way. The name for that SignSeq feels weird, otherwise.

Ooooh, I get it. To you "good argument" isn't "Eloquent and compelling". It's "25 words or less"!
Kay. Anyway, thanks for agreeing to the technique, I'll try not to abuse it.

Would a SigSeq with Lexhur be feasible?

Sure, I suppose, but Lexhur will figure in only several battles, and by that time, you'll most likely have Dinner and one other powerful Destroyer. I won't say who. But it is a beautiful girl. Y'know, 'cause that narrows it down.

Well, I'd prefer one with Rayleen, really, but it's hard to think of one that fits. And I have the mental image of one of us shouting enemy coordinates into a microphone and Lexhur just launching this huge bombardement on the enemy's position. It is awesome. Someone definetly needs to do that...

But yeah, lemme keep thinking of a Rayleen-related one. Any good reason you can think of, why she'd have a SigSeq with Impact?

@Menarker: No, you don't get Magatama-induced artificial aging. Drop it.

So we only get one Evolith at a time, even if we do more free spots next to Slayers or Pokebrids?

Liz is filthy rich, so presumably she can get away with it the same way Mirror and Cecilia can get away with poligamy. I'm guessing you approve my Evolith ideas?

I reduced it to three targets and 100% flinching, by the way.

Actually, yes he does. Terms of our deal. And besides, it'll be my sidequest. I'll work it in credibly. As long as AB doesn't protest, where's the problem?
AB, would you be fine with Renny aging, say, two years, by way of Matagma?

You're the only one capable of working something in.
Pierce is going to become loyal anyway. Now, we can roleplay badly, and just let that happen without much of a catalyst, or we can roleplay well and actually find a good way to explain it, give Pierce some motivation. If you tell me about your sidequest, I can find a way to work something in, but I'm not sure how willing you are to divulge details prematurely, or how willing you'd be to let me insert certain other details. So I ask you. Can you find a way?

As for Liz...
How soon are we getting more info on her?

Since when is your sidequest the one where we get to go half-demon?

Wait, let me rephrase: is your sidequest still the one where we get to go half-demon, considering all the changes going on?

Technically I never said loyal. He's going to give Impact his support. Yes, I have some ideas to warm Pierce up to Impact, but it's not really in my best interests to help you with that.

The way I'm thinking about doing it is to have Pierce realize he's not fit for leadership and let Impact do it because he's the lesser of four evils (when it comes to leading the team, at least). I mean, I obviously won't say it like that, but you understand I'm just screwin' with you.

That comment about her being rich got your interest, eh? You won't get her profile until her first appearance. Which is Pierce's sidequest. For basically two reasons: a) I'm a jerk, and b) I've been trying to come up with a good last time for her since forever. I mean, it's not as easy as coming up with, say, "Granger", because rich girl needs rich-sounding name.

I can tell you two things, though: she's a Snagger.

Also, when I say she loves her pokemon I mean she really loves her pokemon, and you wish I was joking.
