Wii... iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Ordered the Red Wii bundle today with 'New Super Mario Bros.' and 'Wii Fit' ... it also comes with 'Epic Mickey', which I'm somewhat excited about.
I bought some extra games just to prep for the Wii's arrival (is being shipped)So far my collection will be: -Epic Mickey -New Super Mario Bros. -Wii Sport/fit/whatever -Super Mario Galaxy -The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess -Mario & Sonic at the Olympic So let's talk about that! Which games should I start playing? What are your game recomendations?

Unless you plan on making heavy use of the virtual console, I guess.
In addition to the games you have?
No More Heroes. Dragon Quest Swords. Got those? Beat them? Good. You can throw the Wii away now.

If you're willing to get Motion+, I would highly recommend Red Steel 2.
Also check out Okami, if you never played the PS2 version, and No More Heroes.

Yeah. Mad World was pretty good. Great soundtrack, too. Only complaint was how repetitive it felt after a while. Still, worth checking out.

You like Sport games? Pro Evolution Soccer is super fun. Also Tiger Woods, and Any Tennis game on the Wii is awesome.
Just Dance 1 and 2, You should have it. The Michael Jackson experience is out now. If you are a fan. Xenoblade, The Last Story, Arc Rise Fantasia are coming or out there now if you like RPG's. There is also Modern Warfare Reflex and Call of Duty Black Ops and Goldeneye for your inner shooter fan. There is DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for your Fighting Needs and Some people seem to like the latest Naruto Shippuden Fighting games too (not my Cup of tea) also WWE Vs Smackdown 2011 is awesome too The Sims 3 is out for the Wii also, could be worth it. Excite Trucks and Excitebots are 2 really fun Racers. There is also the latest Need For Speed entries that are also good. Bloombox 2 is also very awesome and relaxing to play. Sonic Colors seems to be a popular Option too... NBA Jam is also a ton of fun if you have Friends to play with Monster Hunter Tri is out htere if you like grinding The LEGO Series (specially Harry Potter and Star Wars) Seem to be pretty good You can get mos of these (except the new ones) pretty cheap if you look around a bit. |

The motion+ is apparently coming standard on newer Wiimotes, so that will be cool, probably.

Sonic Colors seems worth the money. Same goes for Donkey Kong Country Returns.
Add them to your future collection.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption was pretty good. I haven't played the new Metroid, Other M, and probably never will, but I DID enjoy Metroid Prime 3.
Super Paper Mario was fun, if you're into rpg-ish stuff, although the final boss was a bit disappointing if I remember correctly. The remade version of Pikmin is pretty fun with the wiimote controls, although the game itself can be ragequit-worthy at times. As a warning, it's not very forgiving (collect 30 ship parts in as many days or DIE HORRIBLY-- don't be surprised if you lose during your first playthrough) but it's a fun game whether you win or not. Rayman Ravin' Rabbids is a decent party game, although some of the multiplayer stuff in the original is a little disappointing. Super Smash Bros: Brawl isn't bad if you don't try to take it too seriously. Trauma Center is okay if I remember correctly, but it didn't have much in the way of replayability. If you're lookin' for Gamecube stuff, I'd recommend Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Metroid Prime, and Legend of Zelda: Windwaker.
