Music Sixto Rodriguez

So, a month or two ago, I watched the documentary Searching for Sugarman, a movie about a musician from the 70s, Sixto Rodriguez, who every publisher and producer thought was going to hit it big, but never did.

The interesting thing though, is he was a HUGE star in South Africa. Rodriguez was as big, or bigger, than the Beatles there, and he never even knew.

In any case, I would highly recommend that you guys watch the documentary if you get the chance. It's all about looking for Rodriguez, finding out if he is dead or alive, and plays many great songs of his.

In any case, has anyone seen it? Has anyone heard of Rodriguez?

Here's the song that gives the documentary it's name:

I enjoy the song, but for some reason I keep coming back to the Inner City Blues:

What do y'all think? Anyone seen the documentary?

On the off chance that someone is taking a trip down memory lane looking through those old threads, I wanted to devote my signature to say directly to you, I'm sorry.

Thank you for letting me be better, NPF.
