There was a dude with tentacle beard. And like rotting skeletons running and shit. Firebeard is no worse.

His beard was never literally on fire. He left bits of burning paper in there to make smoke coil around his face. This gave him the image of a demon with a beard on fire.

Blackbeard was all about image, you see.

I understand people must like the POTC franchise in the same way I like the Transformers franchise, but my mind just rejected it after Black Pearl.

It's really a shame because I rank pirates almost as high as I do robots.

I'm gonna go see it, since I like the time period, and I like pirates, and Jack Sparrow acting silly is good, and it's MOAR PIRATES.

Minus Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann. And Elizabeth Swann was really kind of annoying in the last movies.

Will had good chemistry with Jack and it'll be sad to see him gone, but yeah, new lead actress please.

Yeah, Will was good. But Elizabeth seemed just shoehorned into whatever role they needed her to do at the time. You never really saw her character develop.

Minus Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann. And Elizabeth Swann was really kind of annoying in the last movies. __________________ I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. On the off chance that someone is taking a trip down memory lane looking through those old threads, I wanted to devote my signature to say directly to you, I'm sorry.
