Users who are clearly not banned showing up as banned

Is this just mod shenanigans or some kind of forum display error? Every now and then Im seeing several members who are clearly not banned as being banned, usually a large group at a time. Currently it is Shyria and some others. Whats the dealio?

EDIT: Yep, me too now. Is it contagious? Does it just pass on to all people who question why its happening?

I was fakebanned once too. Most horrible time of my life. I'm glad it's over. I liked the red, though.
