"Suits" Interest Thread

This is an idea I came up with.

It's the year 2054. New weapons called "Super Ultimate Intensive Tactical Servitors", shortened to SUITS, are the latest thing for the upper crime rings. They're special suits that can even slightly affect a human on a biological level, as in, your suit can change your body to fully optimize how it is.

The suits can be almost anything. They're not mechs. Think more along the lines of Robo-Cop, only you're not a cyborg, but the suits are just weapons. So, let's say you want a Spider SUITS. Your suit can have your top be normal, but the bottom walks on eight legs and such. It can even biologically affect your legs to bend strangely, so that you can better walk in it.

The weapons will include both Melee and Ranged. Melee weapons will simply be a holster, kind of like a lightsaber before it's activated. Every melee weapon starts out the same, simply created a rod of hard plasma matter. However, technicians can alter the plasma, so that when it's activated, the plasma can change shape into a sword, axe, mace, etc. You can't change it at will, but one melee weapon can be anything, so there isn't a lot of melee restrictions.

For ranged weapons, the ammo has become so advanced that there's only one kind of ammo, and it works in any kind of gun.

So, anyone interested or need more info?

Wow, super character customization and super tech all in one rp!?!? You're insane, but in the best way possible. But I need more info.

Can anyone say "Master Chief"? And now that the obvious has been sucessfully removed, I wanna make a robotech...

Hmm...I'm thinking a gunslinger with a suit that has two arms on the back that swipe at anyone that gets close enough...

Alright, the basis is that SUITS are the big thing on the streets, but more for the upper crime ring. Normal thugs don't have access, but the Mafia and local Kingpins are big in them. Just by having one in a robbery can be a big advantage.

The cops aren't too happy about this. Their police force are having a very hard time fighting these SUITS, and have lost a lot of good men.

Luckily, they managed to find a scientist who has the knowledge to create SUITS.

So, our characters will be part of a special police strike force made of SUITS pilots, which are used in situations when a crime lord has sent his own SUITS in for the job.

Each character will have a pilot, their own personal SUITS, and a technician. The technician won't play a big part, but if you're playing the RP and you decide that you don't like a certain weapon, you need a technician to change it.

And like some of you have pointed it, yes, your SUITS will be COMPLETELY customizable. Like I said, the SUITS can affect you at a biological level, so there isn't much that's too far.

I'll say if it's overly powerful, but I'm pretty open.
