Yes, anyone that's ever been in an avatar RP knows what the avatar is. It's the symbolization of who you are on the forums.

Well, have you ever been playing in the Ava RPs, and just felt like having a duel with one of the other people? Well now you can!

This will be a tournament to see who is the most powerful Avatar on the forums.

Sign-ups are as follows:

Name: (likely your screen name)
Appearance: (what your avatar looks like)
Powers: (Don't go overboard. We're restricting certain things)


Like it's said, some things are restricted. You will not be allowed to come in with your own weapons. Each person will be given a random weapon at the beginning of their round, but you will mostly be relying on your powers.

Each fight will take place in a different arena. By random chance, the arena will be made to give one of the fighters a slight advantage. Just to make it interesting on how well the other fighter can handle it.

Rhiya Ravenwing and I will be Referees. If you break the rules or blatantly godmod....we will step in.

Name: PyrosNine
Appearance: Normally, a guy in a somewhat cloudish outfit, but can become a bishounen cat, a genie/magical girl, and a psychic fox.
Powers: Complete and utter control of fire, and fire based attacks. Can also shapeshift, and has certain magical girl powers. Kyuubi has some advanced forcefield powers, and some telekinetic ability.

NAME: Pedro O'Sullivan
APPEARANCE: 5'10", 145 lbs, long brown hair, pale skin, hazel eyes, and typically dressed in black and grey business attire and a long black overcoat.
POWERS: A vast fortune, remarkable intellectual and strategic talents, extreme sociopathy with tendancy for sadistic violence, the full resources of POS Industries Int'l (a vast corporate conglomerate which owns about half of NPF City in one way, shape, or form), adept training in classical fencing, the use of a magical ring imbued with the power of heart, and the ability to transform into a persona called "Negative Kamen".

NAME: Negative Kamen
APPEARANCE: 5'10", 145 lbs, long white hair, pale skin, glowing red eyes, and garbed in a beautifully tailored black tuxedo, cape, top hat, and a dark grey metallic mask.
POWERS: Everything about Pedro O'Sullivan that we all can't help but love, along with relatively enhanced strength, speed, and agility, the ability to manipulate and give physical form to the shadows of himself and those around him, and short distance line-of-sight portal creation. He also has the ability to summon an ultimate attack if necessary, the Negative Heart Crusher, which channels all the darkness in his soul into a concentrated mass-destructive attack. It should be noted that there are... side-effects involved with the use of this ability, however, and it is only to be used as a desperation maneuver.

Name: Ecurt
Appearance: White hair, black wings, wearing a trenchcoat and a beanie with a visor, though he has a tendency to change shape (sometimes on purpose, sometimes not, though not in battle).
Powers:
Aside from the general demonic strengths, his main powers are based on his Plushies which can be summoned and (usually) controlled at will. Now, you may be laughing now, but these plushies tend to have a wide range of functions. Perhaps the most well known and feared of them all is the Pyros Plushie™, which is essentially a cat plushie that appears and explodes.

Name: Garud
Appearance: Muscular (but not overly), a scar over his right eye, brown hair, brown eyes. Wears a black leather cape, a white t-shirt, and tracksuit pants. Also has a necklace with an angel symbol on it.
Abilities:
Shadow magic- Uses the power of shadows to make weapons, items and energy. Only can make anti-living things as negative energy is used.
Small magnetism- Do I really need to explain?
Ultima- Finisher, one time use, incredibly powerful.
Second form- Slightly enhanced abilities. What current Avatar looks like.

I'm interested, but well...you know...my primary ability is to respawn. On top of that, most of my "forms" are comparitively easy to kill...as proven in Avatar RPs in the past.

So I'd either be unbeatable because I keep coming back, or get torn apart in 10 seconds because all my forms are underpowered.

Got an idea on how to work that out?

Well, maybe if you have a counter set. You can come back only a certain amount of times before you lose. Or something. However, the thing is, I think the winner is based on judging. So it probably won't matter considering that they will probably take your deaths into account.

Name: "Phoenixbot" (PX-R 000000001)

Appearance: Approximately 5'7", 215 lbs, with a thin build, most of her weight coming from structural support and internal weapons systems. Long red hair and red eyes, wearing a PhoenixCorp Combat Suit, or whatever else is available should armor be disallowed. Clear azure interlink eyepiece over her left eye.

Powers: Strength/Speed/Stamina: Phoenixbot's physical abilities are superhuman because she isn't. Built from the pinnacle of technological prowess in Nuklearworld, Phoenixbot benefits from vastly increased speed, strength, and stamina.

Polarize Chassis: By polarizing her exterior with electricity of opposing frequencies, Phoenixbot can defend herself from hostile lightning attacks, aswell as shock enemies in contact with her.

Onboard Weapons Systems: Certain devices, such as the R-Heatblade, X-Buster, and K.I.D. are built directly into Phoenixbot's frame. These powerful weapons draw from Phoenixbot's internal weapons generator, and are considered innate abilities. Weapons conjured from the PhoenixCorp subspace omni-armory system are disallowed under the arena rules, however.

Items of Note: Ferro-Fibrous Weave Combat Suit, and Personal Refractor Field.

[Inbred Chocobo]

Name: Inbred Chocobo
Appearance: You've seen it. And if you haven't your a dumbass and go see it.
Powers:
Insane Strength, Speed, and Endurance - Since IC lacks the ability to cast magic, he has focused on his physical attributes, raising them well beyond levels and normal person should.
Chocobo Feathers - They can used as darts, and since he grows his own, they can't be taken away.
Chocobo Tail - Grants IC a limited ability to control himself in the air.

Name: Mauve
Appearance: Aw, you know me. Tall, thin, blonde, wears pink?? Big mage's hat? Ring any bells?
Powers:
-Magic: Mostly final fantasy stuff, but has made up some of her own and occasionally bums spells off other games. Mainly focuses black magic, but she knows some white magic and a handful of status effects.
Main spells:
*Typical Final Fantasy element spells. All the way up to the "-aga"s.
*A handful of spells of her own design, including her favorite: "Combust." Victims are overcome by flames that seem to come from within their own bodies. How she created this spell, no one knows. It kinda scares us.
*Medium-level healing spells: She can't do anything higher than "Cura," but she knows "Regen" and "Antidote."
*Status Effects: Her collection of stat effects include but aren't limited to- "Sleep," "Slow," "Stop," "Petrify." Just like in your average Final Fantasy random encounter, though, they don't always work when you cast them.
*Ripoff Spells: Mauve's a gamer. She's a nerd. She actually spent time learning magic from other schools. She doesn't often use them, since they consume MP differently then the usual FF elemental spells, but she can if she feels like it.

-Magic Resistance: She can't take much physical damage, but she's got a high magic defense.

-God Mod and Element Rage: Mauve can use all of her MP, and most of her physical energy, to create one gigantic uber spell in the form of either Element Rage (a massive blast of a single element; can be wide or short range.) or God Moddery (She can use her magic energy to create one mega blast in a shape of her choosing.) She's left greatly weakened after casting said spells, and she can only do it once.
