Ok, I haven't posted much. Once in fact. It's just that right now I have little to say. I am trying to figure things out right now.

It's a good thing that your putting thought into your actions but right now we have very little to go on so it would be nice if we could hear what your views and opinions are because right now I believe we are at a deadlock.

I disagree. It should be used but not as a sole reason. It should just be considered suspicious unless there is prior evidence. FoS material basicly.

Because if you're being helpful by bringing out the information, you have control over how you present the info. So, you could make someone's completely innocent actions look tainted.

I don't think it alone should be used though. Something to back it up is better, because...well...Fenris's case.

First I would like to say that my internet connection will be sporatic for a while, because my family is having construction done on our house, and our only internet connection is in the room that they are fixing.

Second, being helpful can be viewed as suspicious because if it looks like you are helping the town, then it looks like you are searching for the mafia and the town wouldn't want to lynch you. But if you are the mafia, you could just be twisting everything in your favor and since it looks like you are helping the town wouldn't want to lynch you.

Since we seem to be getting into the persecuting low posters phase, I'll put out my opinions of people and see what everyone has to say.

SithDarth, you're looking a little scummy to me. You spent page upon page saying that you're always going to try and defend anyone, which sounds to me like a Mafiate trying to to some pre-emptive self defense for when they unsuccessfully defend one of their fellow Mafiates.

Mesden, I'm not really suspicious of you, but if SithDarth turns out to be Mafia, I'm going to have to suspect you too, on the basis of you two having eaten up huge amounts of space with a minor arguement, which could have been a Mafia plot to keep us distracted.

Therein lies the problem. They could genuinely be helping the town (Like in Fenris's case). With no evidence other than "you're being too helpful," it just becomes a game of WIFOM, since you can't tell what their intentions are. You need more than that to make a solid case against someone.

You do know this is really going no where right? You can't even sign up for this game without engendering suspicion. Arguing back and forth about if a particular action is suspicous isn't going very far.

As for Roy you really shouldn't use the "I'm a stupid noob" defense. One we have no idea if you've played outside the forum and telling us you haven't is just as trust worthy as saying you are not mafaite. Two telling us you are stupid makes you dangerous. Stupid people can be much easier to manipulate and convince other people of things. Of course you could generally not be thinking well enough not to make those mistakes.

Thats about all I got at the moment.

And we all know distractions are bad! I mean, who wants to distract people from thier goal? MAFIA! Remember what KP did in SOL Mafia? He posted lots of pictures in what he said "was an attempt at humor" but it may as well have been him trying to get himself lynched so 2 townies could die with him. That isn't something yet thats out of the realm of possibility. Its very possible since we have secret roles and such. Now that isn't something you'd be trying to do, would it Sithdarth?

EDIT: Ninja'd by Sithdarth. This really should be called "MAFIA: Ninja'd Edition". I'll see what I can do with the mods in changing the name

As for the actual Edit- DAMN Sithdarth. Never thought that he might have actually played this else where...I retract what I said about him, and everyone else who qualifies, being a nub and letting nubs be nubs on the first day.

Double Edit: Before we do ask a mod to change the thread name, do we have a consensus on changing to Mafia: Ninja'd Edition? And do you agree with it Garud?
