Villainous Archmage
|
If there was one thing Dragonsbane hated, it was Magical Girls. It didn't matter that Asheth was on his own side. He snapped.
A dozen bolts of crimson light shrouded in blackness tore through the air around her, then a red-orange katana that now approached the size of a Reaver Daiklave. Dragonsbane's knee swung up, catching her in the stomach and hurling her away, toward Phoenix's blast. The magical girl with the hammer looked betrayed, "But...Bishie-sama, why?" "Because you are all abominations, who need to be cleansed from this world." he smiled, taking her face between his hands...and kissing her tenderly, while murmuring a word in the Black Speech. She burst into flame from the inside out, as Dragonsbane dodged bolts of love, peace, universal harmony, and shopping.

If it were another place and another time, Ecurt would've pointed out that it wasn't his fault that he didn't get enough brownie points. Though she didn't look like it, Asheth was quite a pig. She always raiding the fridge for food and beer, and one day decided to eat all his points as a snack. When he found out, she simply waved him off and laughed, telling him that it was his fault for not labelling it in the first place.
...even though he did. However, there were more pressing matters-such as getting himself free. With the appearance of Asheth, even the security system seemed to be distracted. Its grip on Ecurt was enough that he could wriggle himself free, which he did as quickly as possible. Then, when he was no longer in chains, he pulled the needle from the back of his neck and shoved it into a throat of a noob who thought it would be a good idea to try to sneak up behind him (he failed, of course, since yelling "*SNEAKS UP ON ECURT*" isn't very sneaky at all). Since the situation had long since been under control, Ecurt pulled up a chair and began to munch on the cookie that Mauve had given him earlier. "Mmm...sprinkles." |

Swallow and Roll Out!
|
Meanwhile, Wrath Manifest paced herself slowly onward, taking the time to horribly mangle and mutilate any enemies that got in her way. It was satisfying to hear bone crunch and screams gurgle away into nothing as she tore some throats. A maddened grimace opened like a bottomless chasm, ripping across her face. Those cavernous eyes narrowed.
"Noobs, Flamers, Trolls, Lurkers. You all make me... Angry." A troll screamed as Wrath's fluid lightning-quick movement tore a leg off, only to be cut off abruptly when her hand chopped down, removing his head and searing the fatal wound shut. "And when I am Angry, you pay for what you do." Two died in the onslaught, and there was definitely a widening circle of caution around her. Despite the push and shove of mobs of noobs, lurkers, trolls and whatever, they knew that to come within grasping distance of Wrath-Rhiya spelled certain oblivion. An errant bolt of Shopping and Friendship struck her aura... and dissipated in a shriek of agony. Wrath could not be calmed with such things. Only death. "Who threw that?" Wrath Manifest oriented on one of the Badly-Drawn hentai chick, and charged, her snarl cleaving the air in two and caused walls to shudder and cracks to form in their foundation.

Asheth had a slightly scorched look from Phoenix's blast, which had also removed a small fanclub of admirers. Gah. It was always hard to find a cult that adored you nowadays, let alone people who also fight evil beings from the dark baddie-verse.
It was also difficult to keep your hair in good condition as well, whilst fighting said evil beings, and Phoenix had messed with Asheth's hair. A vein on Asheth's otherwise peaceful face and looks appeared. She knew quite well that Phoenix had fired without care for Asheth's own well being, and could have simply moved to the side and fired with no damage to Asheth whatsoever. For Asheth knew, that despite being a robot chick, Phoenix was a dick. But Asheth certainly knew one way to deal with such people. "FLAME TIARA, HAPPY THROW!" She took off her tiara and hurled it at the chickbot, which bounced off the robot's body like a ping pong ball. But even as it did so, a smoke explosion surrounded Phoenix with a "BAMF!" and receded. The robot Phoenix appeared from within the smoke, with startling changes. The gun she held had become a flower basket, the battle armor became a lovely spring dress with a heart stitched onto it's center, and there was a flower in her synthetic hair. Meanwhile, back at Pheonix corp. Phoenix suddenly found a flashing bit of input on her battle monitor screen. WARNING! UNDEFINED SENSORY INPUT! QUERY: ANALYSIS FOUND: I Feel....love.....

Phoenix stood there, confused, as her mighty X-Buster, and subsequently, her entire left arm, had turned into naught but a flowerbasket. Also, she was wearing a floral-printed dress rather than her traditional combat-suit. Luckily, her helment was unchanged.
"WARNING! ILLEGAL OPERATION AT POINT 2-957. COMBAT-OS MUST SHUT DOWN." "Shutting Down." Phoenix said, her eyes closing as the android fell backwards, clanging violently on the ground as she skidded a few inches backwards. A few seconds passed, enough to make Phoenix look dead, but not enough to completely power her down, as her emergency fail-safe went off, in the event of being the last survivor of an enemy attack. *Re-Routing Subroutine Pi-Alpha to Secondary Emotion Processor. Primary Emotion Processor Quarantined.* *Disengaging Auto-Safety.* *Initializing.* Phoenix's eyes snapped open once more, and the now floral death-robot stood up, its red eyes scanning the room. With Phoenix's auto-safety disengaged, she regarded all of the n00bs, Lurkers, Asheth, and NPFers as hostiles and would act accordingly. Of course, since she had been facing Asheth, this was the first target she locked onto. Drawing her vibro-katana, Phoenix coldly walked toward the magical girl, swatting aside N00bs and Lurkers alike (and into pieces) with her blade as she stalked toward her assailant.

Asheth watched the flowergirl Phoenix being very unlady like and coming towards her with a vibrosword. "Hey! Don't do that! You'll ruin your dress!" Asheth complained
Asheth didn't like vibroswords, because they could cut through nigh everything. And while they couldn't cut through things like her bracelets or the Flametongue, they made it hard to sword fight because they made your body vibrate when they made contact. Such vibration made it hard to block the next swing. Asheth didn't want to immediately toast the bot, because they were usually armed with a self destruct sequence that could possibly harm the others, including Ecurt. So she decided upon a better piece of action. With her arm bands, she snagged Ecurt and placed him in front of her. "Wage slave, stand before your boss and be my meat shield!"

Suddenly, a bubble appeared around Asheth. Dragonsbane was struggling to control his Bishounen Villain impulses, and finally managed to concentrate on that AND on casting the Otiluke's Resilient Sphere around the Magical Girl.
He glared at her, and asked in a tone that make Phoenix seem like a happy, fluffy bunnygirl, "Why are you damaging the robot I borrowed? Cease that behavior, or I will be forced to unleash Bigby's Spanking Hand upon you."

"Target acquired." Phoenix says coldly as she stalks toward Asheth, focusing on Ecurt. She raised her vibroblade at the meatshielded wage-slave, with every intent to cut him into small pieces.
Additonally, whatever parts of the X-Buster remaining in her left hand that had not turned to flowerpot began spinning like an angry drill, held menacingly at Ecurt much like the Vibrokatana. "Priority override: New behavior dictated. Must break target into component materials."

"Phoenix! Authorization Code: La Etu Terridas. Re-engage auto-safety NOW!" Dragonsbane snapped, trying to dispel the magical love-aura which had warped Phoenix's gear into this unpleasantly nice format. With a burst of hateful violet light, it reverted, leaving her once again armed and dangerous...well...more armed and dangerous than before.

"Oh....DB, You can spank me all you want! I like it....hard.....OH DB! SPANK ME! SPANK ME! SPANK ME NOW!" Asheth moaned.
After several years of knowing the dark mage, Asheth knew a thing or two about dealing with him. Pyros's wings could easily negate the field, for interdimensional travel was one thing it couldn't stop, but why go and do it the easy way? This was far more fun. "OH DB! YOUR MAGIC! YOUR MAGIC IS SO BIIIIG!"
