If you can get that close to her head, maybe. Still, her gravity field control powers would make that extremely difficult. Think about it: This is Pedro's design. Exactly what group of people do you think she's ultimately designed to kill?

Rei's got high level energy attacks and a good amount of gravity control if she can get close enough. Also, she's top-notch in the hand-to-hand department, but that's probably not what we need here. She can probably fire off either a repeating energy pulse attack or just lay in with another Doom Cannon.

I'm up for the combo if you guys are. Sounds fun!

The R.E.I. (Relatively Empathic Interface) system was the artificial intelligence program developed by Pedro O'Sullivan (my character, if you haven't noticed) and was embedded deep into the computer coding of the Mashirosen tower (major plot point from the last RP) in the event of Pedro's needing to steal the Mashirosen for himself. Since Raiden was doing it anyway, Rei was activated in order to control the tower's security system to use against Raiden. A bunch of stuff happened and Rei's program was moved to the Isparalian (Phoenix's ship/headquarters), where she was eventually given her very own android body, made from spare PhoenixBot parts.

After that adventure ended, Rei has been modified by the scientists at POS Industries (Pedro's company, natch) and has electromagnetic energy and gravity field manipulation powers, as well as superhuman speed, strength, and an encyclopedic knowledge of all martial arts styles.

Incidently, the appeal of the character is that she is the perkiest, happiest, sweetest, nicest AI ever created, a stark contrast to Pedro's less pleasant nature. However, the fact that she appears persistantly friendly is ultimately meaningless, as the emotions are merely simulations and do not present any real morality or loyalty to teammates. If Pedro orders her to destroy something or someone, she'll do it without hesitation.

She'll just do it with a smile.

Phoenixbot has the gats, Phoenix currently has a plasma rifle, which is about as good.

And, as Pedro mentioned, yes, Rei is essentially made from stol-... Borrowed, PhoenixCorp Mark 3 Technology, in addition to his own formidible modifications. Very nasty thing indeed. Physical resilience (Although the Eternium Endoskeleton wasn't included in the Mark 3 version), strength, speed, and weapon proficiency, and despite the lack of formidible weapons systems, she has whatever unholy Pedro-inspired stuff his demented mind could concieve.

Luckily, it's possible that not even Pedro is aware of the myriad fail-safe subroutines installed in such a paragon of giant robotness.

In other words, if no one says that she did it, my character and her might actually get along somewhat. I mean, I know she has a grin when she was wiping out those cultists.
