Pretty sure you mean Hypno's Hypnosis. It's part of his name and pendulum wielding shtick. But yeah, pokemon setting is abundant with potential for lots of scary/disturbing things!

Nope, I mean Hypno's Lullaby. It's a disturbing song about him luring away children and them never returning, I think. Lyrics are in the description for my hearin' impaired brothers and sisters. Now you shall never look at Hypno the same again. It's also kind of the reason I created the Fiend evolution Mesmereyes.
Edit (July 10th 2014): Editting the sidequests a bit because two legendary Pokemon have been slightly changed. Cerbrapht is now thusly named Cerbellows and is a legendary Fire/Ghost type while Garmrokkr is now named Garmrghest and remains the same Ice/Dark type that it was before. These changes were brought about because I thought the names were sorta dumb and because I wanted Cerbellows and Garmrghest to have advantages and disadvantages on each other to balance 'em out. You know AH, you can just make another post edit of just editing it now. The forum has been updated so that if you're making another post and you were the most recent poster, it'll just updated it into your previous post while also letting people know you've made an additional edit. (Unless the size of the post would be too big. In that case, it'll make another post)

I'm curious about said characters. When exactly will they come into the scene? This mission? Next one? Optional Quest? Sequel?

Don't worry about the new characters for now. There will be plenty of time to hate me for making them when they get formally introduced.
Donovan's post will be up tomorrow. Geminex wants to work with me this coming morning on his when he can afford to set his exams aside. Seriously, what is it with all you people and your exams? You guys spend more time in school than Harry Potter, and he didn't even need no damn school. |

The post is done, I'm just trying to word it...uhh, less infantile-y? I mean, it's hard to introduce a alchemized zombie bear and make it look menacing when you've got a team of four, one that's a demon, one's that a professional sniper with years of experience, one's that a shadow monster and then I guess Donovan's a shark-man?
Oh well, I just wanna reword it a bit and figure out the battlefield strategy. Try not to burn this place down. You won't be able to easily escape from these enemies. And Mass Effect is really good... but the fun combat is screwed over by spending way too much time talking to folks on the Citadel and driving that dumbass Mako on those dumbass planets. The WiiU2 Umbral Game will have Leon's jacket as Donovan's alt costume.
I see Donovan as the ripoff of stupid overpowered characters from shows I've somehow never watched . . . like DBZ. One day he'll be up in the echelons of Dante and Leon Kennedy. One day.
Currently going through Mass Effect 2, though I'll replay both for proper sidequest carry over if I ever decide to go through 3. Mass Effect 2's biggest improvement over the first is having actual combat instead of a lolpistols button (the last sequence of the first game was pretty much "point the pistol and watch everything die" during the 80% of the time the pistol boost was active). I'm pretty much convinced that if a third person shooter isn't entirely focused on combat, the pistols will be broken as shit. Refer to Deus Ex: HR pistol with full upgrades and stealth-headshotting multiple people across a large room using blindfire from cover with a silenced pistol in Alpha Protocol. |
