I believed he was described as being somewhere between an antihero and a villain protagonist. Either way, Calmasis seems to be the focus character regardless of his position on the moral spectrum.

Specifically, he's described as alternating between the roles of antihero and chief antagonist. Zazzerpan is still the focal character, even as Calmasis gets the rest of his Complacency killed.

I think there's a decent chance UU/uu is Lord English, or will be Lord English eventually, at any rate. Mainly there's the dual nature, one being fairly proper and concerned about spoilers, the other extremely brutal and basically not giving a fuck. Then there's UU figuring it's best if Jake doesn't know who he/she is. Plus it would mean that Lord English is, once again, already here.

It's tenuous, but it's there.

Except the ingredients to make one(1) Lord English are: One(1) Lil Cal, One(1) Magic Cueball, One(1) First Guardian Code (these previous three(3) ingredients are then mixed into One(1) Doc Scratch), and One(1) death of the universe.

I'm of the belief that the Alpha-verse doesn't have a Lord English because 1) He sent the Condesce to work where he could not reach (though this could just refer to the Alpha Sburb Session, but I believe it refers to the universe as a whole), 2) The First Guardian Code was used to make G-Cat, and 3) While the Alpha kids did not originate from their session, it's not in the same paradoxical clusterfuck manner as the pre-scratch trolls, so I don't think it qualifies as one of LE's calling cards.

That's how you give Lord English access to a universe. We don't know where he comes from originally.
