Well, if we want to get technical, a spider's webbing comes out of it's spinnerets, which are certainly near or adjacent to the anal opening, but aren't actually the anus. But I mean, it's really pointless bringing in real science to explain an old Spiderman comic, for the love of Anus Web Blasts.
