THEIR JOB WAS TO GRILL HIM. Their job was to establish a probability that the defendant committed the crime so the case would go to trial.

Yeah. The whole softball case against Wilson is just more indication of how systemic the whole thing is. It's kind of central to the entire issue.

Like, apparently, rather than present the evidence that would specifically seek out an indictment in the time-honored strategy of actually trying to do their job, the prosecutor went with the never-at-all-honored strategy of "fuck it everything," thus painting a nice clusterfuck for the jury rather than anything particularly coherent.

Snake? I never said that was appeal to emotion. I said it happened and you can't change it. The rest is anger which isn't making your case any better, just as the protest and burning down half the town isn't helping the citizens of Ferguson make theirs either. Protest is fine and all until people start getting horribly violent and start risking the lives of those who are not.

Two different things brought up in two different posts. You post something factual, then scream out in anger. It's like a pattern. It doesn't even need to be the quoted transcript. The fact you're a lawyer, check. Don't really care. The fact they should have asked more questions, check. Yeah, got that, but that isn't what happened. Then after that, rant rant rant and it keeps going. The person with the biggest longest post isn't the victor, Snake.

But as I said before. I'll leave the rest to the peacekeepers being shat on and the assgrabbing.
