Dragon vs Pheonix.

Dragon win's. Pheonix is born from flame's and is bird of Flame's. Fire won't do much to it.

Smith vs Term... gotta agree with IHMN... smith would prob just push the almighty delete button and win.

I'm supporting mage myself, but I'd also like to say that clerics have defensive magic as good as (if not bette) than mages, and they have better minion-creation or summoning abilities.

Still, all that means nothing compared to Mordenkainen's Disjunction + Twinned Heightened Disintegrate with DC buffing mods.

Agent Smith vs T1000?: Smith wins. Matrix+Smith=Only Neo can stop him.

As for the Pheonix vs Dragon, it's a stalemate at first. Pheonixes are speedy, but Dragons have heavy Magic Defense due to their thick hides. Both fight each other until the pheonix has to do that rebirth thing. The dragon wins through attrition.

MS-DOS vs Windows? Bill Gates wins. He makes money off both.
